Ages: 6 - 13
Location: East Lansing Public Library
A welcoming space for youth to learn chess, meet other local players, and play matches. This group is open to youth players (recommended ages 6-13) of all experience levels. Don't know how to play chess but are curious about learning? Are you an experienced chess player interested in honing your skills and finding local opponents? This group has something for both levels of experience and everyone in between!
Members from the East Lansing High School chess team will be present to help mentor attendees.
