Join Dr. B in the Maker Studio for this month's Wonder Lab! program all about the eclipses! Next month, a spectacular total solar eclipse will be occurring on April 8th that will be viewable across Michigan and the eastern United States (the next North American total solar eclipse will not occur until 2045!). At this month's Wonder Lab, we'll collaboratively explore the science of astronomy as we learn about different kinds of eclipses, including when and why they occur.

Recommended Audience: Ages 6-12

Each registered participant for this event will receive 2 Pairs of Solar Eclipse Viewing Glasses.

Since space is limited, registration is strongly encouraged to assure a seat at the time of the event. Caretakers are welcomed and encouraged to accompany their young scientists at the event, but need not register a seat for themselves.
