Join Ms. Gillian and Dr. B for the Library's fall Animation Club program series this fall!  Throughout the program, you'll learn different techniques for creating animations using a variety of materials and methods. Each week attendees will focus on a new project that they will use to create short animations.  The final session of the program will be a Film Festival event where animation club members--and any invited friends and family--will enjoy a screening of the club's animated creations.

Over the course of eight sessions the club will create animated flipbooks, will turn cartoon drawings into individual and collaborative animated videos, will create stop motion films with LEGOs, clay, and paper-crafted puppets, and more!  Attendees need not be able to attend every session, as each meeting will be enjoyable as a self-contained activity, but it is encouraged to attend as many as possible to learn different techniques and methods.

Since space and materials are limited, REGISTRATION is required.  Registration is free and open to the public and will secure a seat for the entire 8-week program series.  Adults are welcomed to attend the program sessions with their children, but only need to register a seat for the child(ren) that will be participating.
