The East Lansing Public Library Board of Trustees of the City of East Lansing, Ingham County, Michigan (“ELPL Board of Trustees”) will hold its November meeting on:

Wednesday November 19, 2025 at 5:30 p.m.

The meeting will be held in-person at the library:

East Lansing Public Library - Large Meeting Room

950 Abbot Rd.

East Lansing, MI 48823

The purpose of the meeting will be to consider any business that may come before the ELPL Board of Trustees.

Pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, the City gives notice of the following:

1. Reason for Meeting. The ELPL Board of Trustees is holding this meeting in-person at the East Lansing Public Library.

2. Procedures. The public may participate in the meeting and may make public comment in-person at the physical location identified above.

3. Contact Information. For those people who desire to contact members of the ELPL Board of Trustees to provide input or ask questions on the business that will come before the public body at the meeting, please contact the Board at ELPLBoard@cityofeastlansing.com prior to the start of the meeting.

4. Persons with Disabilities. Persons with disabilities may participate in the meeting through the methods set forth in paragraph 2. Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services in order to attend electronically should notify staff at elpladmin@cityofeastlansing.com, by 5:00 p.m. November 17, 2025.
