Events › Read to a Dog!

Our furry friends and their handlers from Buddy's PALS are stopping by the library! Kids ages 6 to 14 can take turns reading for 10 minutes to a certified educational comfort dog. Grownups are welcome to come along but do not have to register. Talk to Gillian to check which dog is available.

These dogs are excellent listeners and would love to hear a story from you.

Please keep visits to a dog friend to 10 minutes so every kid has a chance to read - thank you for taking turns so new friends have a chance to read to our furry friends!
