A supportive, project-based session focused on completing garments and refining fit. Participants can finish projects from previous classes or bring works in progress for guidance.
Participants are encouraged to bring:
• Their drafted pattern and cut fabric (if attending Class 5)
• Any in-progress sewing projects
Open level, though comfort using a machine independently is helpful.
Presented in partnership with Of Her Hands:
Of Her Hands is a community-based sewing and upcycling workshop series designed to help women reconnect with their creativity, extend the life of their clothing, and build confidence through making.
Through mending, reimagining, and constructing garments from scratch, participants learn practical sewing skills while exploring sustainability, self-expression, and the power of creating with what they already have.
Slow fashion. Embracing imperfection. Skill building. Creative ownership.
