Some rather graphically disgusting aspects. Rude and crude portions that may have been intended as humor. Too much focus on drugs. Other than that: It is for the most part okay.

Starting from the title of the movie, all the way to the end of the film, VERY, VERY, VERY FUNNY !!! It's interesting to see, how making a mockery out of any system can be very funny & entertaining.
