so-so. Kind of fell apart about halfway through, some of the scenes are a little too graphic for me.

I had high hopes but the story fell flat for me. The story line is typical and it didn't hold my attention. I put it down and read a couple other books, then came back to it. I picked it up and didn't have to re-read anything.

What makes a woman a mother, and how much ability do mothers have to shape their own lives? Many possible answers to these questions are explored in this novel. The four women from whose prospective this story is told are so diverse, I…

I'm a big fan of Jennifer Weiner to begin with. Her writing style is easy to get into, and her stories flow well. This story involves the lives of four women, told from the point of view of each woman as they endure their own challenges…

It was very interesting how Jennifer Weiner wove these women's lives together. At first couldn't figure out how each would fit in. I found the ending to be a little trite, (spoiler alert) but then, I do like a happy ending--sometimes…

As usual , Jennifer provides us with solid characters , and an interesting plot . However , I wish she'd lighten up on the endless detail - enough , already !

Wow! Great book. Weiner saves little nuggets of information about the characters so there are surprises as you read, love it!

No one exposes women’s complex relationships with themselves and others better than Jennifer Weiner. In Then Came You, the lives of four women cross when fertility challenged India and her husband decide to have a baby via egg donor…

I think this is my favourite book of hers so far. It was a really good story line and quite different from her usual story line.

Another winner from a great storyteller. It's interesting to see the arc of the subject matter in Ms. Weiner's books as she matures as a woman. A good read.

A favorite author of mine. This one was interesting, but didn't care for the ending. There was a character you really hated and didn't want to see win. I guess once you know her whole story, you were supposed to feel for her and cheer…

Jennifer Weiner does it again! A book about four very different women brought together by a common bond: a child. As always, Weiner has created wonderfully three-dimensional characters. Touches on issues of surrogacy and donorship.

An unexpected and unique story. It took me a bit to get "into" the plot, but once i dived into it, i couldn't put the book down.

Disappointed in this novel. Loved her previous work but found this to be a tough read. It just didn't have the intrigue and was not a page turner. Subject matter was good.

What it's about: A story about four women and the secrets they hide from the world, one another and, perhaps, themselves. Why it's hot: Since the 2001 publication of her debut novel Good in Bed, Weiner has emerged as one of the biggest…
