This is, without a doubt, one of the best movies ever made.

My stupid brother took my old mom to see it. He's an idiot and of course hated it but that's probably because he recommended it to her and was embarrassed while sitting beside her in the movie house.

I asked her how she liked it and her answer was" It was horrid!! Hardly any dancing!!

I had a good laugh at that!!

Wow! Do I dare say it? Yes, I do! Pulp Fiction is now my ALL TIME FAVORITE movie! Nothing comes even close. This movie is a legend and a masterpiece. Pulp Fiction was a groundbreaking film in a couple of different ways. It was an independent release and its success opened the door up for all kinds of maverick filmmakers and companies to release films that otherwise would have never been made. It also had a profound stylistic influence. It was a hip movie with sharp dialogue, graphic violence, cool soundtrack and intricate plotlines. In the wake of its success, many movies try to copy this style, but most failed as they lacked Quentin Tarantino's unique vision. Mr. Tarantino was able to pull John Travolta out of a decade long funk and directed him to the finest performance of his career and one that garnered his second Academy Award nomination. He also pushed Bruce Willis to a stellar performance that showed he was more than just an action hero. The cast is first rate including a beguiling Uma Thurman, Ving Rhames, Harvey Keitel, Eric Stolz, Rosanna Arquette and Christopher Walken. The best performance of all is given by Samuel L. Jackson who is absolutely amazing. It was a crime that he did not win the Academy Award for the role. Pulp Fiction is broken up into three parts and includes flashbacks, flash-forwards and twists and turns and some mysteries that are never revealed. It is a rare film that is both stylish and full of substance. The new Collector's Edition is a huge step up from the original edition which offered virtually no extras. The sound and visuals are crisper and cleaner and the extra features are great. Overall, It's absolutely brilliant, fantastic, amazing, superb. All the best adjectives in this world describe Pulp Fiction. I could rewatch 100 times in a row and not get bored at all. I guess you could say that it is a PERFECT movie. This is Tarantino's masterpiece and forever will be. The script was so BEAUTIFUL it made me cry. The acting from every single character from so good (perhaps the best I have seen in a movie). The cinematography was just BRILLIANT. The sotryline is unforgettable. Some scenes in this movie will make you laugh until you piss your pants. I am not going to say ANYTHING about the plot of this movie cause basically, it is too good to give away. Watch it now. Get it right now and watch it! In fact, buy it. This is a film that you will want to watch over and over and over again. All I can say is watch it and find out why everyone in this world went crazy over Pulp Fiction. Watch it now, because you haven't started your life until you've seen this brilliant, ingenious masterpiece!

Wasn't sure if I had seen this before. I had. It was just as stupid the second time. Usually I like this type of film. No!

This shit is da bomb! Easily one of the best movies I've seen and I've seen a lot.

Samuel L. Jackson is at his finest!

This is possibly the best film of the 1990's. Quentin Tarantino shows how violence, swearing, drug use, and downright ugly situations, can be funny. The eclectic diaolgue mixed with the superb screenplay makes for a movie you have to watch twice.

Definitely overrated.

An interesting mix of stories woven together which probably could have been a bit shorter since despite all the action and good dialogue it is dull at times.

Sexual Content: 9/10. No actual scenes but has MUCH sexual diolouge, cheating on spouses. Grapihic talk about sex and a male on male rape scene (which isn't graphic but disturbing non the less)

Violence: 10/10 Extreme. There is a very disturbing OD scene. Assassinations get very violent. Someone has their head blown off (the most graphic scene) blood and brains splatter over everyone (this later is a major subplot line). People are shot and stabbed. Much gore.

Coarse Language: Extreme 10/10. Had the record for F-Bombs for a while clocking at something like 300. Other profanities are used. Lot's of sexual language.

Violence: Lots of guns, and even a sword... Some nice blood and brains. Keep in mind that most of the blood and violence is very unexpected and then the aftermath is pretty drawn out.

Frightening or Intense Scenes: Intense OD scene, I can see how it might be scary. A lot of suspense = everything becomes way more intense

Jules: "What do they call a Big Mac?"

Vincent: "Well, Big Mac's a Big Mac, but they call it, 'le Big Mac'."

Vincent: "Ahh man, I shot Marvin in the face."

Jules: "Why the fuck'd you do that?!"

Vincent: "I didn't mean to do it, it was an accident."

Jules: "Man, I seen some crazy ass shit in my time, but this?"

Vincent: "Chill out man. I told I didn't mean to do it. You probably went over a bump or something."

Jules: "Ain't tryin' to hit no motherfuckin' bump."

You ever read the Bible Brett? There's a passage I got memorized, seems appropriate for this situation: Ezekiel 25:17. "The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon you."
