It's an interesting plot but a little slow moving.

Not something I would usually read but I picked this up from the 'recommended' shelf and glad I did. Historical fiction is my thing and I really enjoyed this book - both the storyline and also for reasons of historical interest. Found out at the end that all the characters actually lived in America in the 1800s so that made it all the more intriguing...
