I really loved the book! I beginning was eh but the middle and end was really good!

Maybe it's because I expected a lot more than I should have when I came across this book, but I found it difficult to get into and hard to finish. Sovay is an interesting heroine no doubt, and the plot was good, however, the overall storytelling left a lot to be desired.

I was a bit disappointed. I thought it would be a better book but I found it kind of boring.

Sovay is an excellent heroine, just shy of Pierce quality. The plot leaves a little to be desired, but I would still recommend it to fans of shero fiction.
