I admit, this rating is based on getting no further than halfway through chapter 2. However, based on the introduction to these characters in the previous books and the beginning of this one, I have no interest or sympathy for them. I really liked the other 2 sisters, even though they had their shortcomings. Maybe I would like present-day Jesse better if I progressed through the book, but I don't care for the girl revealed in the flashbacks. So far, I haven't see much I like about Matt in either the past or the present, even though I really want to like computer nerds in general.
