I didn`t expect much when I checked this movie out, but to my surprise, it was truly touching, thought-provoking, heartwarming and beautiful! This movie moved me often so that I moistened my eyes and finally shed sweet tears. I recommend it to all families during Christmas holidays; it`s a very nice family movie!

An excellent, if bittersweet, movie with a great cast. Some of the characters do not seem to be fully developed, but overall the story rings through. Parents may especially find it relevant, especially when dealing with their children's ambitions and life goals without placing undue stress on them.

Slow starting story line but once it gets going it is a good story. It has very sad moments, hilarious moments, heart rendering moments. Pretty much the stuff of life. I particularly liked the portrayal of old folks, who often live their days alone. Snippets of this life are seen in the movie and reminded me how many lonely old people populate our communities. I think the realism of this story is its greatest strength, a bit of life unvarnished.

A very touching film! I found the characters easy to relate to as well as their struggle to have a relationship with their aging father.
