Gobbledy...gobbledy .... gobbledygook to the nth power! What a clownish individual, this apologist for the super-rich is. At one point, predictably, Costa justifies the bonuses for those crooked, bailed out AIG swindlers! She does mention Joseph Tainter, but doesn't quite appear to either understand his work, or misrepresented it. So I thought, what idiots would publish her? Vanguard Press, then owned by Perseus Books Group, then owned by Perseus LLC. In their 2008 tax returns, the American Friends of Bilderberg, Inc. [directors: David Rockefeller, Henry Kissinger, Richard Perle, et al.] lists Perseus LLC as their contact address, with a director, James Johnson [see Gretchen Morgenson's book, Reckless Endangerment, for more on him] as the person to contact. Beginning to see the big picture, I hope. And by the way, Costa's daddy was CIA, wouldn't ya know? [For people stll clueless: AIG sold $460 billion of credit default swaps with a potential payout of $20 trillion to over $40 trillion -- called insurance fraud. [Thom Hartmann wrote a postive blurb for this book, further proof that Harmann is a farce and a fraud!]
