For doughnut cutters/trays in Edmonton, Paderno and Bulk Barn's got them. I did not know how much fun making doughtnus from scratch until I saw this book. Smores doughnut? Yummy....

This book has lots of unusual recipes and good ideas for combinations of glazes and fillings.

It's definitely going on my wish list of cookbooks.
