Yay! Finally a recipe for majuddrah that doesn't require 47 pots, and sized to fit a family, not a potluck. I like his variations on hummus, and the pairings of meat and beans in different recipes seems both economical and appetizing (with grocery prices increasing, this could help provide the answer to how I can justify keeping meat in our budget).
