A relatively bizarre, murky and obfuscating book, either the author doesn't realize that jobs, technology and investment have been consistently offshored to China (and elsewhere) by America, the Eurozone and Japan, especially American-based multinationals, instead of amortizing in America - - or the author is purposely misinforming the reader! (And the Clinton administration offshored the "over-horizon radar detection" to them, while the Bush administration offshored classified and sensitive ball bearings to them (required for sophisticated submarines and armored vehicles). This is something of a silly book!
