A great book to pass on to someone who's trying to cut out all of the processed ready made foods. Heidi describes many wonderful ingredients people can stock their kitchens with and start cooking from scratch. Those who already do will find some delicious recipes - I did! I don't use all the ingredients she does (e.g. honey) and I'm trying to eat more raw veggies, but this book has a lot of great recipes and you feel good while cooking and eating them!
