Thought the book was a fair dialogue of his thought processes. He had no axe to grind. I don't agree with him on some of his international decisions but his decisive in his leadership which is something I do like. I worked with too many managers that were afraid to make a decision. You won't have that problem with Cheney and I wish some other politicians were as clear as he is.
I found "In My Time" to be interesting reading regardless of the author's views or what wasn't mentioned i.e. interrogation methods, Halliburton.
Pretty dry reading, I would recommend George W. Bush's memoir over this one.
