Another wonderful Mo Willems book to read aloud. The littles love hearing adults try out the nonsense language in this story ("Aggleflaggleklabble!") -- this will become an instant favorite that you will read again and again!

My children loved reading this book over and over. Its about a child and his love for his stuffed bunny toy.

Any child - or parent - who has lost a much-loved comfort object will relate to the characters in this modern classic by award-winning author/illustrator Mo Willems. When tiny Trixie accidentally abandons her stuffed bunny at the laundromat, she frantically tries to tell her Daddy, but her garbled attempts at speech ("aggle flaggle klabble!”) fail, ramping up to an all-out, wild-eyed, crying-and-going-limp fit. The wonderfully expressive lines of Willems’ characteristic stylised cartoons complement the story perfectly, communicating Trixie’s distress with hilarious, heartrending clarity. Check out the further adventures of Trixie and Knuffle Bunny in Knuffle Bunny Too and Knuffle Bunny Free.

jr. loves Trixie's 'nonsense' words. Aggle Flaggle Klabble etc. Really loved the dvd too.
