I couldn't finish this one either. It did feel as if the author was trying to hard to be witty & clever. It might have worked if he hadn't tried so hard.
It's a mystery about the death of an AA sponsor & an ex cop who was also a member of AA.

I couldn't finish this one. The author tries too hard to be hard boiled and ends up with a noir protagonist I couldn't care about.
