Entertaining sequel. If you liked the first movie, you'll like this one.

The first was better. Love the vomit wand.

I ended up being very entertained, however I felt this was a weak follow up to the first movie and a poor adaptation of the comic which was a weak follow up to the first two comics. This movie toned down the brutality and the emotional clamp of issues like rape that were present in the source material. But my biggest frustration with all the Kick ass franchise is that for a series that starts off showing consequence of playing out comic fantasy in"real life." It badly misses the target of emotions or coping and washes past them to make the next brutal sequence without reflection or consequence.

This movie is vulgar, yet entertaining and over the top funny.

What can I say? Lots of comic book action but a very mean spirited storyline to this sequel.

Lacks the humor and heart of the original. While there are some good action scenes, the villains are just too over the top, as is the former "red mist" character. Not a bad movie, but Kick Ass set the bar high, and Kick Ass 2 falls short in matching it.

This movie was entertaining and interesting but not one of my favorite for this year. Not too bad---good performance. Very predictable but still entertaining.

first was way better. this deals with how Hit Girl trys to be "normal" teenager. Decent enough sequel.
