This is not a whole foods plant-based cookbook, most of the recipes are heavily dependent on tofu or grains.

This cookbook helped me make the most of pantry, condiment/spice and fridge drawer produce right off the bat. Flavorful recipes, especially in the "snack" section for those who like to graze. The handy tip for preserving pre-cut salad ingredients on hand was one I put straight to use.
