The Perfect Human Diet is an unprecedented global exploration to find a solution to our epidemic of overweight, obesity and diet-related disease; the number one killer in America. The film bypasses current dietary group thinking by exploring modern dietary science, previous historical findings, ancestral native diets and the emerging field of human dietary evolution; revealing for the first time, the authentic human diet.

Surprising, the researchers they were able to get for this documentary. Well supported.

Not bad... however NOT as as deep as it should have been.

Is NOT some propaganda piece as one reviewer stated. In fact it goes too far in emphasizing lean cuts of meat and that irritatingly ridiculous concept of grass fed beef. Fatty meat is the ideal (and all beef is grass fed until the last few months when the cattle are grain fed in feedlots TO FATTEN THEM UP... because grains, are fed the cattle due to the very high carb levels of grain).

Read Low Carb High Fat Diet Revolution and Eat Bacon, Don't Jog.... also not perfect (continue some of the incorrect myths attached to incorrect interpretations of LCHF), but much better.

Take it with a grain of salt, but it's a solid movie. I love how the vegans come here and freak out. HAHA

Claims stone age people were healthy,.. and ate lots of meat.

Some interesting ideas.
