This is one that had been on my to-read list for quite a while, and it's absolutely worth a read, even though it's a few years old at this point. It's set in a very creepy futuristic world, and the feeling of creeping menace that slowly overtakes the book is incredibly well-done, without being too much for its intended audience. Hand this to kids who love The Giver, and who are into dystopias but perhaps not ready for the wide array of teen books in this genre.

A really creepy thriller that starts slow and builds into something amazing and terrifying. This book is great for a wide range of ages. Don't miss it!
