This book has wide range of beverages from juices, various types of alcoholic drinks (such as wine and meads), as well as syrups and teas. The book starts with 3 chapters going over the basic pre-production steps (starting with what you have, growing a garden, and harvest & preparation). The book spends a lot of time on alcoholic beverages compared to other types of drinks. (Juice recipes get 24 pages, teas get a very brief overview and then 3 recipes total, syrups get 12 pages of recipes, but alcoholic beverages get 36 pages of recipes). This wasn't quite what I was hoping for, but it's a good book and may be what you're interested in. The book has detailed instructions on how to ferment drinks, as well as skills such as using a fruit press or extracting juices (the juices are extracted from the fruits and vegetables and not put the food into a blender or juicer).
