Chiggers

It’s finally summer, and thirteen year old Abby is back at the sleepaway camp she’s loved attending for the last several years. Except this summer, things have started changing. There are new piercings, new boys, even new natural phenomena (including will o’ the wisps and the eponymous biting pests -- chiggers). Then there’s the new girl, Shasta, who no one can seem to stand except for Abby. … (more)

Smile is a great real-life story of Raina Telgemeier. About her life in school, her dental problems, her social life, etc. Sisters is the sequel to it, even though I'm pretty sure that the road trip in Sisters happened during one of Raina's summers in Smile, because Raina still has braces. Sisters is all about Raina's relationship with her siblings and relatives. Usually, the first book in a series with 2 or 3 books isn't as good as the last book(s). But in Smile and Sisters, they are both SUCH good books. Raina Telgemeier is an amazing author. I could read this book so many times.

Sisters is a book about two girls who can't get along. This book is ok. Not the best book i have ever read but it was fine. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless they didn't have a book to read.

Definitely portrays what almost every sibling relationship looks like. I have three younger siblings, so everything in this book made sense to me. Raina did a wonderful job writing this book and it was interesting to learn about her experience. For me and every girl out there with siblings, this is a must-read.

In this exciting, funny, and fun filled book you get to see two sisters who like every pair of sisters are arguing, yelling, and not really getting along. But also they can be nice to each other, understanding, and caring. I loved this book !
