In Emily March́ђةs new novel set in her beloved Eternity Springs, a woman who has given up on dreams of a family meets a man who needs her to complete his own. Town physician Rose Anderson hides a well of sadness behind her cheerful and capable professionalism. Heartbreak has only reinforced her belief that marriage and children areńђةt in her future. Yet shéђةs a woman with a pulséђؤand when sexy, brooding artist Hunt Cicero shows up at her office with his young nephew, the sheer physical attraction he ignites in her is both exciting and unsettling. Hunt has an artist́ђةs passionate temperament and a bacheloŕђةs lifestyle. So when he becomes guardian to his sisteŕђةs children, héђةs riddled with conflict́ђؤand in way over his head. Without Rose and her warm maternal instincts, héђةd be lost. Still, shéђةs a woman who guards her own heart, and héђةs a novice when it comes to commitment. Can the healing magic of Eternity Springs shine on this patchwork family and allow Hunt and Rose to trust that love is the fabric holding them together?

Emily has a lovely turn of phrase that often had me laughing. It is a romance not a deep story. I often enjoy this type of reading in contrast to research and deeper tomes that I also enjoy. I will read more of her novels as they are light yet sufficiently engaging. I often find romance novels have a lot of repetition of the light story line which is irritating. This story did not do that but moved fluidly forward.
