A Green Truth, intended as a sequel of sorts to An Inconvenient Truth, is a film about the world getting better. We already have the answers to climate change, the filmmakers say, and we just need to implement them. The film features positive solutions to climate change from Sweden, the leading EU country for renewable. A Green Truth focuses on biogas, which is created from human waste to fuel cars, buses and even family cooking. In Sweden, existing human sewage treatment plants are being used to create biogas from methane, without any changes to the sewage infrastructure being needed. Numerous peer-reviewed findings prove biogas is a truly sustainable fuel and one of the best in the world for climate change and the environment. And the filmmakers also look at a renewable housing area in Malmo, Sweden, powered by sun, wind and water.
