I actually ended up buying the book and it's so amazing. I have made almost all the entrees and a couple appetizers. I haven't found a single dish that I didn't like. There are definitely things that I would tinker with and adjust, but the base recipes are on point.

So unexpectedly THUG and peppered with profanity and humor that it makes me laugh. A lot.

Also, it's vegan, but not in a way that makes it feel pretentious, difficult, or any less delicious.

Have I actually tried the recipes? .... No. But I've certainly enjoyed reading it!
