Barefoot Contessa rarely disappoints and Cooking for Jeffrey is no exception. The recipes are fantastic but are second to the charming stories about their early life as a couple and Ina’s start in the restaurant business. The book itself is easy to handle and cook from and includes lovely pictures and a great index of recipes and ingredients. Like all of Ina’s cookbooks the recipes and ingredients are straight forward. We would recommend this book for fans, cooks of all levels and cook book readers alike!

Ina Garten's 10th cookbook is her most personal one. She shares the recipes her husband loves the most and explains their origin or significance to Jeffrey. Stories of their lives together as well as some early photographs make this book a memoir as well as a cookbook. Resources include illustrations of Ina's pantry, Ina's starter kitchen, and Ina's professional kitchen. Gorgeous photographs of the finished dishes and the Hamptons round out this book.
