I liked this cookbook even though I wasn't looking for a no grains, no sugar recipe. It was well organized with some adventuresome ideas. The Caprese BLT skewers were fun for my granddaughter to make.

Favorite cookbook so far! Has great, healthy recipes that are filling for the whole family. One of the few that I actually plan to buy after checking out!
