Even if you aren't a hard-core athlete or a dedicated vegetarian/vegan, you should still take a gander at this cookbook, which includes recipes for healthy and wholesome breakfasts, lunches and dinners. I think this cookbook would be especially good for those who are just learning to cook meat-free meals, as most of the recipes are pretty basic. We tried the shiitake bacon, and though it wasn't a "keeper" (as my mom would say) it's always good to experiment!
