I very much so disliked this story. It was great in the sense that every character is like something I’ve never seen. I love the portrayal of the uniqueness of everyone. However, the characters themselves weren’t all that amusing. They simply weren’t acting old enough to deal with the minimal “problems” going on in their lives. It would be difficult to think of one scene in this story that was actually entertaining or relevant to the story. There were about a thousand different minor conflicts that only took two pages to get resolved....and not a single one of those were rememberable. This is possibly going to be a waste of your time.

Nate’s seen the demise of too many relationships to believe that happy endings happen. His life hasn’t been the best. His best-friend-turned-girlfriend-turned-best-friend-again, Florence, is making sure Nate finds someone else. And in a twist that is rom-com-worthy, someone does come along: Oliver James Hernández, his childhood best friend. Oliver is a popular jock of school, liked by most of the girls. Nate wants to change and find someone. This book is great, I love the storyline and the setting of high school.:) Rating: 4/5
