Having read several books in this series, I can definitively say this is one of my favorites! In this installment, the Baudelaire orphans are sent to 667 Dark Avenue, a fancy high-rise apartment in which all residents are obsessed with what is "in," and desperately trying to avoid what is "out". Fortunately for them, orphans are very "in". As per usual, this book is filled with dark humor, incompetent adults, and clever twists. The audiobook narration is performed masterfully and hilariously by Tim Curry, and that alone makes it worth listening to. If you caught the Netflix adaptation or enjoyed any of the previous books, definitely give this one a shot!
