I started out *really* liking this book. Everything he said in the first chapter sounded true to me -- the need to fix problems at their source rather than just treat symptoms, and the importance of caring well for the body to affect the brain. Then I downloaded his companion guide from the internet (as he asks you to do in the book) and it became clear that a *large* part of this book is selling his supplements. And the whole thing began to sound like a big commercial. I gave up on it.
