Sanna has found a very clever way to illustrate and personify fear in her latest picture book. Whether your fears are large and all encompassing or small and petite you will find yourself in this lovely book. My 8 year old, who is currently afraid of talking to new people, cutting ones toenails and heights, very much enjoyed this book. Reading it prompted a good discussion about our fears and how they can grow so big that they can control your life.

This book is also great for parents and teachers wanting to talk about the fear of being the new one at school, new to a country, not knowing the language, etc.
